      • The Gambling Act 2005 (as this is a skill-based competition, users must not attempt to misrepresent or manipulate the competition format).
      • The Fraud Act 2006 (fraudulent misrepresentation, identity theft, or financial fraud).
      • The Computer Misuse Act 1990 (unauthorised access to computer systems).
      • The Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR (unlawful handling of personal data).
    3. 2.3. Users located outside the UK must ensure their participation is lawful in their country of residence; the Promoter accepts no liability for any breach of foreign laws.
  3. 3. Prohibited Uses
    1. 3.1. Users must not use the Services in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or has an unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
    2. 3.2. Prohibited uses include:
      • Submitting false or misleading information during account registration or competition entry.
      • Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods.
      • Circumventing the Skill Question requirement by any means, including automated guessing or sharing of correct answers.
      • Creating multiple accounts to bypass entry limits.
      • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the competition system.
      • Engaging in any conduct intended to give an unfair advantage over other entrants.
  4. 4. Payment Integrity
    1. 4.1. All payments for competition entries must be made through authorised channels listed on the Promoter's website.
    2. 4.2. Users are prohibited from initiating payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals without legitimate cause.
    3. 4.3. If a User initiates an unjustified chargeback, the Promoter reserves the right to:
      • Suspend or terminate the User's account;
      • Disqualify the User from all current and future competitions;
      • Recover the disputed amount and any associated costs through legal action.
    4. 4.4. Fraudulent payment activity will be reported to law enforcement and payment processors.
  5. 5. Free Entry Route Restrictions
    1. 5.1. Users choosing the free postal entry route must strictly comply with the requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions.
    2. 5.2. Each free entry must be submitted separately by first-class post and contain all mandatory details, including the User's correct answer to the Skill Question.
    3. 5.3. Bulk submissions, photocopies, or entries submitted through couriers or third-party services will be rejected.
    4. 5.4. Any attempt to use automated systems, mail forwarding services, or false addresses for free entry submissions will result in immediate disqualification.
    5. 5.5. Abuse of the free entry route may lead to permanent exclusion from all competitions.
  6. 6. Technical Restrictions and Security
    1. 6.1. Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Promoter's systems, databases, or servers.
    2. 6.2. Users must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material into the Services.
    3. 6.3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or otherwise tampering with the website's code, competition software, or data is strictly prohibited.
    4. 6.4. Any attempt to overload the website, disrupt its operation, or impair its functionality, including via denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, is prohibited.
    5. 6.5. Users must use up-to-date security software on their devices when accessing the Services.
  7. 7. Prohibited Content and Communications
    1. 7.1. Users must not post, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
    2. 7.2. Users must not harass, threaten, or abuse other participants, the Promoter, or its employees.
    3. 7.3. Any form of hate speech, extremist views, or incitement to violence is prohibited.

    4. 8.4. Breaches of this section will be treated as serious violations and may be reported to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or other regulatory bodies.
  9. 9. Enforcement and Penalties
    1. 9.1. Breach of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the User's account.
    2. 9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any competition entries and forfeit any prizes where a breach has occurred.
    3. 9.3. The Promoter may recover any financial losses or damages resulting from a breach, including legal fees, administrative costs, and penalties.
    4. 9.4. Serious breaches, including fraud and cybercrime, will be reported to law enforcement authorities and may result in prosecution.
    5. 9.5. The Promoter's decision on enforcement is final and binding.
  10. 10. Reporting Violations
    1. 10.1. Users are encouraged to report any suspected breaches of this Policy immediately via the contact details provided on the Promoter's website.
    2. 10.2. Reports should include sufficient detail to allow the Promoter to investigate the alleged breach.
    3. 10.3. The Promoter treats all reports confidentially and will, where appropriate, take necessary action to protect the reporting User's identity.
    4. 10.4. False or malicious reports may result in action being taken against the reporting User.
  11. 11. International Use
    1. 11.1. Users accessing the Services from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
    2. 11.2. The Promoter makes no representation that participation in the Competitions is lawful in any other jurisdiction.
    3. 11.3. Users outside the UK are solely responsible for all import duties, customs clearance fees, taxes, and compliance with local regulations should they win a prize, regardless of location, including but not limited to Australia, the European Union, or North America.
    4. 11.4. The Promoter accepts no liability for delays, confiscations, or additional costs arising from international customs procedures.
  12. 12. User Responsibility
    1. 12.1. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.
    2. 12.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account where the User has failed to secure their login credentials.
    3. 12.3. Users must notify the Promoter immediately if they suspect that their account has been compromised or used without authorisation.
    4. 12.4. Users remain liable for any entries, transactions, or actions taken using their account prior to such notification.
  13. 13. Multi-Account and Self-Referral Prohibition
    1. 13.1. Each User may only maintain one registered account.
    2. 13.2. Creating multiple accounts to bypass entry restrictions or to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
    3. 13.3. Self-referral, whereby a User refers themselves under another account to obtain benefits, is not permitted.
    4. 13.4. Any violation of this section will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all active entries and prizes.
  14. 14. Cooperation with Authorities
    1. 14.1. The Promoter will cooperate fully with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and payment providers in investigating any suspected criminal or unlawful activity.
    2. 14.2. The Promoter may disclose relevant information, including personal data, transaction history, and communications, to such authorities as permitted by law.
    3. 14.3. Users expressly consent to the Promoter retaining and sharing such data where reasonably necessary for the detection and prevention of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful acts.
  15. 15. Policy Changes and Updates

    2. 16.2. Termination may result in the immediate forfeiture of all competition entries, without refund, and the cancellation of any prizes not yet awarded.
    3. 16.3. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Services and shall not attempt to re-register without the prior written consent of the Promoter.
    4. 16.4. The Promoter reserves the right to block any device, IP address, or payment method associated with a terminated account.
  17. 17. Limitation of Liability
    1. 17.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
    2. 17.2. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    3. 17.3. The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, communication errors, or other issues outside its reasonable control that may disrupt or affect participation.
  18. 18. Indemnification
    1. 18.1. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Promoter, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

    2. 18.2. This indemnity obligation survives the termination of the User's account.
  19. 19. Force Majeure

The Promoter shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
    2. 19.2. In the event of a Force Majeure, the Promoter may suspend or cancel the Competition without liability and may offer refunds or credit at its discretion.

    4. 20.4. This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
