Return & Refund Policy – Drive Y Dream Limited
Effective Date: August 2025- 1. No Refunds Policy
- 1.1. All sales of competition entries are final. Drive Y Dream Limited (“Promoter”, “we”, “our”) operates a strict no refunds policy.
- 1.2. By purchasing an entry to any of our skill-based prize competitions, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by law.
- 1.3. This policy applies equally to entries purchased directly, through third parties, or submitted via the free entry route.
- 2. Immediate Service Provision
- 2.1. All competition entries constitute payment for a service --- specifically, participation in a skill-based prize competition with the opportunity to win a prize.
- 2.2. The service is deemed to have commenced immediately upon payment confirmation and submission of your answer to the Skill Question.
- 2.3. As the service is provided in full upon entry, the statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
- 3. No Refunds for the Following
- 3.1. Incorrect answers to the Skill Question.
- 3.2. Failure to submit a complete or valid entry before the competition closing date.
- 3.3. Disqualification due to breach of the Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
- 3.4. Change of mind or any other reason unrelated to a legal obligation.
- 4. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
- 4.1. In the event of a proven duplicate transaction caused by a technical fault, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, process a refund or credit.
- 4.2. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate all such claims before any action is taken.
- 5. Chargebacks
- 5.1. Initiating an unjustified chargeback will result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of all entries and prizes, and possible legal action to recover the disputed amount and associated costs.
- 5.2. All chargeback disputes will be defended with full supporting evidence.
- 6. Legal Rights
- 6.1. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws where such rights cannot be excluded or limited.
