Return & Refund Policy – Drive Y Dream Limited

  1. 1. No Refunds Policy
    1. 1.1. All sales of competition entries are final. Drive Y Dream Limited (“Promoter”, “we”, “our”) operates a strict no refunds policy.
    2. 1.2. By purchasing an entry to any of our skill-based prize competitions, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by law.
    3. 1.3. This policy applies equally to entries purchased directly, through third parties, or submitted via the free entry route.
  2. 2. Immediate Service Provision
    1. 2.1. All competition entries constitute payment for a service --- specifically, participation in a skill-based prize competition with the opportunity to win a prize.
    2. 2.2. The service is deemed to have commenced immediately upon payment confirmation and submission of your answer to the Skill Question.
    3. 2.3. As the service is provided in full upon entry, the statutory 14-day “cooling-off” period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
  3. 3. No Refunds for the Following
  4. No refunds will be given in cases including, but not limited to:

    1. 3.1. Incorrect answers to the Skill Question.
    2. 3.2. Failure to submit a complete or valid entry before the competition closing date.
    3. 3.3. Disqualification due to breach of the Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
    4. 3.4. Change of mind or any other reason unrelated to a legal obligation.
  5. 4. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
    1. 4.1. In the event of a proven duplicate transaction caused by a technical fault, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, process a refund or credit.
    2. 4.2. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate all such claims before any action is taken.
  6. 5. Chargebacks
    1. 5.1. Initiating an unjustified chargeback will result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of all entries and prizes, and possible legal action to recover the disputed amount and associated costs.
    2. 5.2. All chargeback disputes will be defended with full supporting evidence.
  7. 6. Legal Rights
    1. 6.1. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws where such rights cannot be excluded or limited.
